Your role💡

Build PayFit’s global partner marketing strategy to accelerate growth across all our markets and increase customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing on the Global Growth & Customer team at PayFit, you’ll partner with local leadership teams across multiple offices with a focus on retaining and expanding our existing SaaS partners, accelerating new customer acquisition, and driving strategic engagement with executives. You will also work directly with a cross-functional team of Revenue Operations, Product Managers, Product Marketers, Growth Marketers, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to deliver on ambitious targets.

We are looking for a proven leader with product partnership experience, who brings strong strategic and analytical thinking to developing strategic partner marketing programs.
This role reports directly to the Global Director of Product Marketing at PayFit.

Your missions ⭐

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop the long-term partner marketing vision and strategy for PayFit’s growing partner ecosystem.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with a team of local growth leaders to drive revenue by identifying and acquiring new strategic partners, and scaling the commercial success of existing partners.
  • Business Planning: Partner with Revenue Ops, Product, local leadership, finance, and growth managers to identify new partner opportunities, size potential business impact, and forecast revenue based on sales performance and customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners. Create ongoing propositions for key partners to market our services (i.e. content, differentiated offerings), and drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Product Roadmap: Work cross-functionally with partners (internal and external) to shape PayFit’s product roadmap.
  • Launches: Market-to-partners to increase inbound flow & partner interest. Drive thought leadership and demand generation in coordination with the broader marketing team (Field Marketing, Events, Content, Design) to target joint customers and prospects
  • Sales Enablement: Coach, mentor and guide sales and customer teams to strategically cross-sell and/or upsell to prospect and existing customers.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide transparent and consistent progress on business performance & health of partnership.
    * Global Leadership: Share best practices with local teams.

Profil recherché

  • 6+ years of direct experience building and managing partner marketing programs in a B2B software company
  • A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, paid and other creative programs
  • Excellent written & communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company to achieve goals
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace and be flexible when priorities shift
