About the role
PayFit's Sales team is a dynamic group of over 100 passionate professionals, including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, SAMs, and Sales Operations, spanning France, Spain, and the UK.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of SDR France to lead our SDR efforts and accelerate our growth in the French market.
This is a unique opportunity to scale PayFit's leading payroll and HR solution for SMEs in a fast-growing sector. You will have real ownership of acquisition & topline revenue, working closely with both local and global teams to define and execute the go-to-market strategy.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, AE and Sales Operations to drive mutual success with our partners.
This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with PayFit! You will manage directly 30 SDR et 5 SDR managers.
Key Responsibilities
-Recruit, Train, and Engage: Build and nurture a high-performing sales team that consistently over-delivers on forecasted targets.
-Set Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and convert ideal PayFit customers at scale.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Streamline collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Growth and Development: Lead a sales team currently composed of 35 players with significant potential for growth in the upcoming quarters.
-Market Representation: Represent the French market and act as a key internal stakeholder in driving growth and collaboration with global teams.
-Hands-On Leadership: Balance strategic vision with the ability to dive into details and lead by example in a hands-on manner.
What are the expected results ?
This role is for you if:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales management (ideally 5+ years), with a proven track record in a top B2B SaaS company selling to SMBs.
- Market Knowledge: Strong experience selling Saas to HR, Finance, or C-level executives (e.g., CEOs, Founders) in the French Market is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated fast career growth with strong leadership and exceptional communication skills. Strong synthetic capabilities & great skills to make complex topics simple to understand and easy to work on.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in go-to-market strategies, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

- You are data-driven, using insights to inform strategic decisions, and have a comprehensive understanding of the digital and technology landscape, including trends and competitive dynamics.

- You are fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international and multicultural setting.
