You will be the first SDR in our London team, and your skills and experience will form the foundation for how we generate and qualify leads.
Together with the team, you have the opportunity to write the playbook for how we scale the team. In return, you will need to be self motivated, to bring your knowledge of how to be a successful SDR and humble enough to appraise your own performance, identify what needs improving and make adjustments.
You will have loads of autonomy, co-author the manual for new team members, and will quickly be rewarded with opportunities for growth and advancement. On the other hand, if you need your boss to tell you what to do, or don’t habitually reflect over your focus, measure your own performance and enjoy tracking where you are vs. target - this is not for you.
Ideally you want to progress your career by moving into the enterprise SaaS world and already have at least one year’s experience as an SDR or in a 360 sales role.
Sales / Lead Generation:
Success will be measured and remunerated based on the number of qualified sales leads delivered to the sales team.
