As a SEO Manager, you will :

This is a key strategic role within our Digital Marketing team as you will be responsible for driving growth of revenues and profit in line with CEO and CFO targets. Together with Giacomo, Head of Digital Marketing, you will define and execute SEO strategies and roadmap for our most important market :

• Strategy and Project Management: identification and prioritization of growth opportunities (keyword research, website structures, sizing content needs,...) to build roadmap & action plans (goals, resources, execution)

• Management : you are in charge of the coordination of a team of +10 people: mentoring and coaching, problem solving on daily topics, prioritization, hiring

• Data analysis : you fully own the SEO funnel for your markets: weekly/monthly performance analysis, dashboard ownership, one shot analysis about KPIs like revenues, traffic, market share, etc. to find growth opportunities

• On-site optimization: you review the quality of the content published in our websites and you ensure SEO best practices implementation across our platforms (internal linking, tags, crawl optimization, semantic,...) either in France, Spanish or in Italy

• Off-site optimisation: you enable interactions with others websites (social media, press,) to improve our authority (link-building) and you ensure that marketing campaigns are targeted to the company growth expectations

About you :

  • 4 to 7 years of previous experience, ideally in SEO (both on-page and off-page) or as a consultant
  • Strong analytical skills: masters in Excel 
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian and Spanish are plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fast-learner, proactive, enthusiastic, team-player, and willing to test new solutions!
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
