Your missions  :

Within Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to drive, plan and execute SEA Strategy for the Spanish market. 

Your role consists in generating leads of users that may be need one of the contracts we manage at papernest to our Operations/Product teams. You own accounts that drive between 60 to 70% of users for each country. 

This is a strategic role for papernest since you will be managing one of our main acquisition channels for foreign countries. Your role will cover several areas : digital marketing, project management, SEA, data analysis and management.

1. Become the search leader of the Spanish markets :

• monitor Spanish accounts with a data-driven (ROI-based) approach 

• test new campaigns, features and bidding strategy to increase our conversion rate and make sure we keep on growing 

• identify, prioritize and launch new test to boost our growth on these markets

 

2. User experiences : own the whole SEA funnel for your accounts

• ensure perfect content creation, integration and tracking of our landing pages  

• promote a test & learn dynamic to better know our users and understand their behavior 

• benchmark our competitors and others sectors to find the best practices

 

3. Analyze : you will be responsible of the profitability and KPIs of the accounts

• analyze daily and weekly performances (profitability, deepd-ive analysis of the account, actions, recommendations etc.) 

• deep-dive on our campaigns performances and the new launched tests (auctions insights, benchmark, ROI, comparison, etc.)

 

4. Management & project management

• manage a team with 1 or 2 people 

•you will be working in collaboration with different team (as product, data, operations, finance, etc.) on projects that aim at better optimize our processes and perfectly monitor our activities on these markets

 

🔎 About you :

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Italian or French is a plus
  • Business or engineering school
  • A first experience in the Digital Marketing field or in Consulting, previous experience in SEO/PPC is a plus 
  • Strong analytical skills: you master Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership 
  • Great interpersonal skills and great ability to communicate
