Job description

We are looking for energetic, passionate and unifying profiles. For this position, we are looking for a profile with an attraction for the cosmetics sector and a strong motivation to develop our B2B distribution in the South east of Germany.

Reporting to the German Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales in the North-East region.

·       Monitoring and developing existing customer accounts (sell-out support, sales promotion, training, merchandising)

·       Prospecting in order to develop the customer portfolio on various distribution networks: parapharmacies & pharmacies, natural product stores, perfumeries as a priority, but also independent stores and institutes.

·       Provide support for the follow-up and development of department stores, following the directives of the Sales Manager

·       Make proposales on all business-related issues: merchandising, trade marketing, promotions, products, etc, in particular through constant monitoring of the competition.


Profil recherché

Profile required

·       You have a degree (Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree) in International Business or equivalent and already have some experience in business development,

·       You already have a first significant experience in Germany or in a similar geographical and cultural area,

·       You have a good command of German culture and language (minimum level C1),

·       You speak at least English or French (in addition to German).

·       A sales “developer” at heart, you know how to build trusting, lasting relationships with your customers. You are agile and flexible, and at ease in an SME-type structure. Rigor and organization are essential.

·       You also have good commercial negotiation skills.

·       Good knowledge of MS-Office package desirable

The Workplace : Munich ,Germany but it can be in another city around.
