All our offices have a common goal of transmitting and constantly learning new skills. We are lucky to have a diverse pool of skills through the hundreds of consultants who make up PALO IT. To make the most of all this knowledge, we have set up the HIVES.

The concept?

Our Hives are divided according to our areas of expertise such as UX/UI, software craftsmanship, software architecture, etc. Our Hives are composed of our consultants and a Hive master whose role is to animate and facilitate his / her Hive.

Any Hive must produce. This can be defined as the implementation of a monitoring system, articles, conferences, meet-ups, BBLs, etc.

Our consultants are stakeholders of PALO IT, they are co-constructors of the offer and the vision.
