As Padam Mobility is growing and evolving fast, we are recruiting a Sales Executive to help us develop within our international markets, with a focus on emerging European opportunities.
With Loic, VP Sales International, and the rest of the Sales International team composed of Ricardo, Maxime and Côme, your role is to develop public Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) to fit the needs of people and territories and to help & accompany the team when you estimate it is needed.
Drive Sales Growth (50%)
You develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector,
You identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in International Markets,
You conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings,
You pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence,
You conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities,
You own and coordinate the bid process on complex multi millions deals, with bid team, product team, partners, various stakeholders at client organization and within Siemens Mobility.
Client Relationship Management (30%)
You manage and grow key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for our most strategic customers and understanding their evolving needs & concerns,
In partnership with the Customer Success, you drive upsell and expansion opportunities, identifying ways to deliver more value for our customers and increase adoption,
By providing exceptionnal client service and adressing issues, you turn customers into true brand ambassadors, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and shared success.
Team Coaching (20%)
You act as a senior advisor by providing operational and strategic support to the team on complex issues, to promote learning through practice and collaboration,
In collaboration with Loïc, you define and monitor objectives and performance indicators and share the best practices to ensure collective momentum and results aligned with the strategy,
You support the team members in structuring their sales approach in order to strengthen their skills and effectiveness,
As a conclusion, you act like the team’s Gandalf. 🧙♂️

More specifically, here are a few signs that you can’t go wrong:
You have a solid experience (>5 years) in the Transport industry or from any other sector involving sales to European public authorities through strategic tenders (over €1 million),
You have a solid experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS industry,
You have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth,
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners,
You speak English at a professional level. French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norvegian, Esperanto, Klingon or any European language is a plus. 🖖
It’s a big plus if :
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies,
You understand On-Demand Mobility and public transport industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer pain points,
You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international and inter-company teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
