The Tech & Product team is the arm of OVRSEA's vision: our tools will revolutionize international freight transport in the long term! As discoverers of solutions in a market with little digitalization, the techs provide our customers with unprecedented transport management solutions and enable our Ops teams to be the most efficient on the market.
What does it mean to be a CTO Founder Associate at OVRSEA?
This role means being at the heart of the management of a tech team. Reporting directly to Antoine, our CTO, you'll be a contributor or lead on a number of Tech and Decarbonation projects.
In particular, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Charles, our NZI Team Lead, and Antoine on all the projects we are developing to promote carbon-free international freight.
This internship is an opportunity to discover the management aspect of the CTO role. It will cover many organizational aspects that are the Key Success Factors of a team that delivers.
It's a real fast-track to setting up your own project right out of school!
Here's a non-exhaustive list of the assignments we can offer you:
👉 Decarbonization Topics (40%)
-Identification and deployment of new solutions to encourage our clients to adopt virtuous behaviors (modal shift, use of alternative fuels...)
-Design of tools (dashboards, web apps etc.) for sales teams
-Regulatory monitoring and production of educational content (white papers, podcasts etc.) on the carbon impact of freight
👉 Cross-cutting Projects (non-exhaustive list) (30%)
-Implementation of LLMs (e.g., GPT-x) in our products and processes
-Creation of tools and web apps for various teams (e.g., recruitment pipeline prediction tool for the TAM team)
-Improvement of our products (Atlas, Hermes)
👉 Tooling and Rationalization (30%)
-Benchmarking and choice of performance tracking tools for the tech team
-Benchmarking and choice of tools for continuing education tracking
-Optimization and rationalization of software costs (measure/reduce diptych)
