OVRSEA provides its clients with industry expertise and high end-to-end visibility to meet their needs on sea, air, road and rail over all transport stages, from loading to customs declarations.

    Founded in 2017, OVRSEA currently supports +700 clients from its offices in Paris, New York, Miami, Barcelona & Milano.

    OVRSEA is growing at a tremendous pace. With already 160 employees globally, they are continuing their growth in 2023 hiring +100 people!

    Job description

    You role

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing and as part of the Global Marketing Team, you will contribute significantly to driving OVRSEA’s growth by building and growing a best-in-class brand.

    Within a human-sized team, you will be playing an important role in the execution of our brand strategy and communications across all channels.

    Your scope will be international. Your missions will concern France and new markets: Spain, Italy, United States.

    You will be responsible for the following missions :

    Communication (45%) :

    Taking part in building and regularly updating OVRSEA Global Communication Calendar, taking into account content, company announcements, industry news…

    Publishing, from design to copywriting, regular posts on OVRSEA's social media, relevant for our personas and align with our brand messages

    Propose, define and implement creative communication actions that differentiate us from our competitors

    Monitor press coverage

    Content (35%) :

    You will be in charge of the weekly OVRSEA newsletter from A to Z (relations with freelancers, proofreading and final validation, emailing)

    Proposing, defining and producing new content: ebooks, articles, etc.

    Collecting feedback from OVRSEA teams abroad to ensure the relevance of each of the contents deployed in new markets and adapting if needed.

    Branding (20%) :

    Maintain and develop our assets in line with our brand (messages and visual identity)

    Making sure we have a consistent brand image on all relevant touch-points and communication channels (CRM, acquisition, social, product, Employer brand).

    Profile :

  • Student in Master 1 or 2 and are looking for a gap year/end of studies internship, with a Degree in Informations and Communications / Marketing (or equivalent).
  • At least one experience in Branding & Communication
  • Creative person, loving following market trends and finding new ideas, knowing how social media algorithms work and loving writing engaging content.
  • Rigorous, structured and organized.
  • Comfortable in an international context. Fluency in English and in French, written and spoken, is essential.

  • Interview including the restitution of the test with two members of the marketing team (1h00)
