About the team:

We are seeking a high performer to own and grow a range of innovative strategic partnerships in the UK. Reporting to the UK Head of Partnerships, you will own the relationships with partners and will be goaled on the growth of those partners. Day-to-day account management responsibilities include turbo-charging relationships with new and existing partners, owning marketing activations, regularly advising partners on marketing opportunities to bolster growth and building a play-book for partner success. Examples of partners include airlines, banks, hotel chains and online travel aggregators.

What you will do:

  • Lead day-to-day account management of existing partners. This includes consulting on growth opportunities, tracking campaign results, measuring ROI and regularly reporting on partnership performance.
  • Lead new partner launches.
  • Run data-driven quarterly business reviews.
  • Build trusting relationships with partners and empathising to fully grasp their needs.
  • Build and share reports that critically analyse performance of partnerships.
  • Own monthly partnership team reporting.
  • Manage invoices.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and company leadership to deliver results.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in an account management, marketing or partnerships role, or related experience
  • Experienced in a consultative, growth-focused approach to account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to critically analyse the performance of partnerships. This includes defining, tracking and quantifying ROI of partnerships.
  • Understands the core marketing principles required to advise on marketing strategies and execute campaigns.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, including Google Slides (creating client-facing decks) and Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Bonus if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar is a nice-to-have

The London base salary target range for this full-time position is £50,000 - £60,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
