Descriptif du poste

Otoqi aims to structure its sales team to support growth both Italy and internationally. The Sr. Business Developer Lead will play a key role in mentoring the team and directly contributing to sales development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Define the sales strategy for the Italian market, in accordance with HQ guidelines, identifying key opportunities and developing targeted actions to maximize sales.

  • Business Development: Grow the client portfolio in Italia through an effective acquisition strategy and by identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Full Sales Cycle Involvement: Personally manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, while also supporting team members at key stages to ensure smooth execution.

  • Sales Optimization: Drive performance across the sales team by analyzing results, improving processes, and leading strategic negotiations to enhance overall conversion and efficiency.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in the sales approach and to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Achieving sales targets in Italy.

  • Expanding the client portfolio and developing strategic business relationships.

  • Continuous improvement of team performance with optimized sales cycles.

  • High customer satisfaction, with strengthened retention rates.


Profil recherché

Required:

  • Strong sales experience (6+ years) in the automotive and B2B environment

  • Team management skills: Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.

  • Results-oriented: Strong capacity to meet and exceed sales targets while optimizing sales processes.

  • Leadership and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team, with a strong team spirit and positive influence.

  • Strategic mindset and adaptability: Ability to analyze the market and adjust sales strategies based on evolving needs.

  • Languages skills: Mandatory spoken/written English and Italian proficiency (C1).

Nice To have:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot): Comfortable with commercial management tools to monitor and optimize team and sales performance.

  • Experience in the Automotive industry or 3PL Services.

  • Experience in start-up/scale-up.
