Descriptif du poste

As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be to ensure an easy and smooth integration for new customers.

In collaboration with the sales team and the Ops team, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Otoqi’s BtoB sales.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automobile sector.

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional services, and expand the existing client portfolio.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.

  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to offer clients the most relevant and competitive rental solutions.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, develop account plans, and provide regular reports on sales targets, client feedback, and market insights.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service, etc) to ensure smooth execution of services and client requirements.

Profil recherché

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role’s travel needs.

  • Experience in the short-term car rental industry is a big plus.
