As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be to ensure an easy and smooth integration for new customers.
In collaboration with the sales team and the Ops team, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Otoqi’s BtoB sales.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automobile sector.
Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional services, and expand the existing client portfolio.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to offer clients the most relevant and competitive rental solutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, develop account plans, and provide regular reports on sales targets, client feedback, and market insights.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service, etc) to ensure smooth execution of services and client requirements.
