The mission

OSS launches the Italian market. OSS has established itself as the number one SaaS player for the industry in France. But we don’t intend to stop there and have started the first sales and partnerships in Italy before sharing these innovations with the rest of the world. The Italian market is the “sweet spot” as it is about as mature as the French market at the start of OSS (4 years ago) and outperforms the French market by 70% in nominal GDP. Your daily activities will be to:

• Build OSS Italy, OSS Ventures’ spin-off in Italy
• Develop partnerships with major Italian industrial groups
• Understand the customers’ problems and propose the appropriate solutions for the portfolio
• Follow the sales process until the deal is taken over by the startups and help them with the closing and implementation
• Drive the growth of OSS in Italy to reach the target of 150K€ ARR in Italy by December 2023
• Implement solutions in the factories
• Build the team as well as the results of OSS Italy

You will report to Alexandre Barroux who is in charge of international expansion at OSS.
