This is a permanent contract based at ORIS offices near the Part-Dieu train station in Lyon, where you will join a collaborative multi-cultural and ambitious team. This position is open to RQTH status also.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data.This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, embracing agile principles and leveraging the Kanban framework, while exploring cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks. Your missions:

Technical Development and Integration:

• Develop and maintain web-based 3D visualization features and plugins for platforms like Civil 3D software, Revit, and other Autodesk, Bentley or any other software providers for infrastructure in C# and TypeScript using React.

• Develop tools to automate tasks such as quantity takeoffs, and geometric calculations.

• Leverage APIs and SDK from Autodesk and other BIM software providers to integrate ORIS solutions directly into their ecosystems such as APS, ACC, ProjectWise, iTwo, ….

• Develop and maintain seamless integration from BIM software into ORIS platform and vice versa.

• Ensure seamless and efficient integration, optimizing the functionality and user experience.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM, IFC and Civil 3D, ensuring our solution remains cutting-edge and competitive

Unit Testing:

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality of the applications.

• Collaborate with the QA team to address and resolve defects and issues.

User Onboarding and Support:

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Support customers BIM manager to develop relevant BIM standard and guideline to facilitate ORIS integration

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with various teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to enhance the product offering.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies in BIM to enhance our solutions.

Required:

• English Level C1 mandatory

• Good understanding of BIM Methodology and standards such as IFC

• Proficient in using at least one BIM software such Civil3D, AutoCAD, or any other.

• Experience in building plugins or features on top of existing BIM software solutions or integrating with existing BIM software solutions by using API portals or SDK such as ACC or APS.

• Proficiency in at least one software programming language such as C#*, .net, JavaScript, **TypeScript*

• Proficient in writing Unit Tests.

• Strong knowledge of Git and comfortable in working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts.

• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing software solutions for BIM software.

• Strong experience with Autodesk Civil3D, Revit. AutoCAD  or similar BIM/CAD applications.

• Proven track-record in deploying production grade systems in C# and/or JavaScript / TypeScript

• Prior experience in agile product development team

Nice to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience with multi cultures and remote teams

• Knowledge and expertise in front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular and Vue.js

• Experience using AI assisted development process

• Integrating AI features into a product is a big plus.

• Experience with modern web technologies and responsive design.

• A good eye for design and an understanding of design principles

• Understanding of SaaS application development.

• Experience or knowledge about authentication and authorization processes (i.e. OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, SSO)

• Familiarity with AWS and its core services
