We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Account Executive, with outcome-based Consulting Sales experience. You will have the opportunity to embrace the great challenge of making aviation more fuel efficient and greener. You will be based in Hong Kong. Directly reporting to the Director Sales, you will take part in the growth of our portfolio of airlines customers using our SkyBreathe® 360° eco-flying platform software solutions under a SaaS business model. You will be directly responsible for generating new revenues and increasing the impact of OpenAirlines thanks to these solutions.

🌟Activities & Responsabilities:🌟

You will achieve these goals by:

  • Developing an intensive prospecting activity across Asia and organizing direct on-site meetings with prospecting accounts to significantly grow the pipe.

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and securing business opportunities in the Asian market

  • Establishing and maintaining active engagement with prospecting accounts by developing strong connections with top-management and C-levels (CEOs, CFOs, COOs,…).

  • Taking part in trade shows and conferences to generate qualified leads that can trigger new contract signatures.

  • Deploying acquisition processes from the first point of contact to identify and understand the needs of the prospecting accounts and find how our solution can bring them value.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with OpenAIrlines’ sales team as managing your sales activity will also require strong coordination with the other OpenAirlines’ Account Executives in Asia, Europe, or America.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with other internal teams you will have to collaborate with.

🌟Requirements & skills🌟

• Knowledge of flight operations and SaaS business in the airlines’ environment. • Talent in sales, you have proven sales experience with measurable achievements. • Ability to regularly travel to be in direct contact with the prospecting accounts. • Expected academic experience: BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or MSc with aeronautical skills. • Organizational skills and process oriented. Able to manage complex sales processes and long sales cycles. • Résilient and positive attitude • Analytical capabilities to build solid strategic approaches for sales. • Listening acumen. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. • Able to work closely with Marketing and Product teams in a transversal way. • Teamwork, humility, honesty, integrity.

Déroulement des entretiens

Our hiring process:

  • An 30 min first phone interview with the recruitment team : to discuss and understand your career plan and answer questions you may have.

  • A Technical use case with the team : A remote exercice and after a meeting with the team to discuss about this test.

  • Final interview in our office or in remote with the manager : Stéphane Nitenberg & the Head Of human Resources.

To close, our recruitment process: your interviewers will make a decision together regarding your application during the “Debrief meeting”.
