Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team to support the ambitious hiring plan for 2026, particularly across technical departments.
Your mission will be to lead the end-to-end recruitment of engineering profiles in order to help the business scale while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of 5 people: 1 manager and 4 Talent Acquisition Managers. The team works hand-in-hand on all recruitment topics, each with their own scope but in a spirit of mutual support. Collective success is valued over individual performance.
You will report to Clémentine Tirouflet and collaborate closely with hiring managers, especially within the Engineering department.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Lead briefing meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
- Write and optimize job descriptions in collaboration with teams
- Proactively source candidates, especially through headhunting on LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct screening calls and first-round interviews (discovery calls)
- Organize and follow up on the interview process with hiring teams
- Support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process
- Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time to hire, conversion rates, etc.)
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects (employer branding, internal comms, tools optimization)
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS
Proven experience (around 5 years) in recruiting technical profiles, ideally in-house
Strong expertise in headhunting techniques and sourcing strategies
Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
Comfortable working with Google Suite and recruitment platforms such as Welcome to the Jungle
Ability to manage several recruitments simultaneously with strong organizational skills

Resilience and ability to manage high volumes or urgent needs
