    As Ogury scales, the implementation, improvement, integration and management of systems has become

    crucial to our success as a Global Finance Team. The Finance Systems Assistant will learn from an

    experienced System Manager, will be highly visible within the global finance team, and will get to work with

    stakeholders and team members all around the world, having the ability to make a ‘real’ impact on processes

    and efficiency around the Group, being part of a fast growing company where new opportunities present

    themselves each day

    What You’ll Do:

  • Day to day support for Global finance team on Netsuite (Timely answer of queries from team members)
  • Research, implementation & project management, training & documentation, and continuous management of new Netsuite features to improve processes & efficiencies of the finance team
  • Systems projects such as continuous improvement of current tools & how they link to Netsuite as well as research, creating a business case and implementation of new tools
  • Participate in the Salesforce Netsuite integration project
  • Who you are:

  • Accounting or business degree (good knowledge of basic accounting principles)
  • Accounting or business degree (good knowledge of basic accounting principles)
  • 2 years of experience with Business Systems - not just a ‘regular’ user of systems but more of a ‘power user’ or systems administrator
  • Problem solving
  • Proactive
  • Understanding end-to-end intricacies
  • Does not treat symptoms, solves problems
  • Nice to have:

  • Oracle Netsuite knowledge
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Project management experience/qualifications
