You will be part of the tribe responsible for the Ad Delivery. The scope is large and with many opportunities, from managing our delivery algorithm filling hundreds of millions requests a day to analyse our traffic and KPI to improve our algorithms and delivery.

What you will be doing

• Drive or contribute complex projects, from the design proposal to the final rollout, whilst analysing our delivery data to improve our algorithms.
• Process data with Airflow jobs in Python or with Spark in Scala to use them in real time. New features need to be fuelled with data.
• Improve products/services design, performance and architecture to ensure coherence across all projects, whilst ensuring time constraints and reducing infrastructure costs.
• Ensure products/services quality assurance through the development process: implementations, tests, integration tests, end to end tests, production releases, maintenance and documentation.
• Improve Ogury’s KPI monitoring and alerting to proactively alert and fix production, whilst working closely with the product managers and the support team, enhancing full alignment between product development and business needs.

About you

• Extensive experience in development and data science
• Experience in Python ecosystem - ETLs (Airflow) and Analysis (Jupyter Notebook), and Spark-Scala - ETLs
• Knowledge in Javascript ecosystem, including backend (NodeJS and Typescript)
• The ability to work autonomous, as well as in a global environment
• Experience with a cloud service provider, such as AWS
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Redshift…)
