We all have a relative living with a chronic condition, whose daily life is complicated by treatments, symptoms, and medical appointments.
Observia was created to improve the lives of these patients.
Founded in 2011, Observia is a healthtech pioneer specialized in the monitoring and individualized support of patients living with chronic conditions. Using digital technologies, its team develops unique, highly personalized services for its clients, which include pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Today, Observia is experiencing very strong growth at the international level, driven by a growing interest from our clients for our business and the future themes we cover.
Working directly with the Head of International eHealth Solutions Department or a Solution Lead, you will contribute to the operational development of Observia internationally.
You will be in charge of managing Observia’s e-health projects:
You will be in charge of the coordination and realization of projects, from the design of the solution to its deployment and use. You will design the project in collaboration with our customers (pharmaceutical industry)
You will establish, in collaboration with the project team, all the technical and functional specifications and will be responsible for the planning and the budget of the project
You will contribute to the content creation strategy for e-health solutions.
You will manage all types of stakeholders that can be involved in the design of the solution (patients, healthcare professionals, service providers, etc.) in order to guarantee compliance with the specifications and timings
You will carry out the functional tests of the digital solution, in close collaboration with the IT team
You will participate in the design of the deployment plan of the solution, as well as the development of the communication and training materials
Education: Business school / Engineering school with an appetence for the health sector or doctor of pharmacy, with a specialization in industry.
Experiences: 1-3 years of successful professional experience in the healthcare sector in project management is required, with at least one experience in the e-health field.
Languages: English is a prerequisite. Fluency in a third language is also an asset.
IT skills: Good command of Microsoft office required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Required soft skills: work organization and rigor, curiosity, pragmatism, creativity, sense of analysis and synthesis, excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork. Autonomy, initiative, friendliness, and great flexibility will be essential for a good integration within a small structure.
1st interview: 30 min of discussion of mutual presentation
2nd interview: 60 min of discussion (case study, deep dive into candidate’s experiences, etc.)
3rd interview: 45 min of discussion around values of the company
4th interview: 30 min of discussion with a future colleague to discuss day to day activities at Observia
