As a GTM Engineer at Novutech, you'll bridge the gap between our go-to-market strategy and technical execution. You'll build and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine, implementing automation and data-driven processes that enable our teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
Design and implement technical solutions that optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, creating a seamless revenue operation ecosystem.
Build automated workflows across our GTM stack to eliminate manual tasks, reduce friction, and accelerate deal cycles.
Create and maintain the data pipelines that provide actionable insights to our GTM/Sales teams, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Architect and implement integrations between our various GTM tools (HubSpot, Jira, etc.) to create a unified system that delivers a cohesive experience.
Develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance our sales and field teams' capabilities, from lead qualification to personalized outreach.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Create comprehensive documentation of our GTM systems, processes, and automations to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience building and optimizing GTM systems, with a focus on automation and integration.
Strong technical expertise in configuring and integrating marketing and sales tools.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Jira, FullEnrich and Zapier.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Experience in driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools.
Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with CRM customization and development.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and channels.
