Key Responsibilities

Hard HR & Administration

  • Perform all types of hard HR duties, on/off boarding of Novutechos and all related administrative matters that goes with it (company car, company policies, etc.)

  • Manage payroll and continuously optimise compensation plans and benefits to stay competitive in the market and in line with our company culture, in 4 countries (and more to come)

Talent Acquisition

  • Define and implement the recruitment strategy; recruitment of +20 FTE in 2024 (scale-up phase) across multiple markets in Europe

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the organisation evolves with the growth of the company

  • Be involved in the recruitment processes, from running interviews to write contract propositions until onboarding

Talent Management

  • Participating into Talent Management processes including competencies matrix, evolution review, following and ensuring the proper implementation and follow up of the People Model Canvas 

  • Structure (with the help of the management team) clear career paths for all profile types and coordinate the periodic evolution reviews and follow-ups

Learning and Development

  • Identify needs for training and coordinate the training programs (internal and external)

  • Participate into the development of our Novutech Academy (LMS)

Culture

  • Provide the best-in-class experience to our employees (fun & well being at work), monitor the bi-monthly employee engagement survey, etc. 

  • Oversee routines, habits and teambuilding events to foster the company’s culture

  • Deploy and follow our OKR methodology


Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in HR, with preferably strong foundation in Hard HR practices

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, thriving in fast-paced, evolving international environments.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on, ready to dive deep into HR-related operational challenges with the ability to transition to a more HR strategic role on the mid term

  • You are interested to grow within our organization and become our HR Manager or future Head of People

  • Good communicator and relationship builder

  • You are proficient with English and French/Dutch
