Why do we need a Creative Director?

We’re embarking on the development of three games (A to AAA) spanning various genres, from racing to action/adventure. Your focus will be on our AAA action/adventure project. We are in search of a Creative Director to helm our creative vision across all aspects of game development. Your strategic insight will bridge the gap between art, gameplay, design, and sound, ensuring a cohesive and compelling experience. Your leadership will inspire our teams, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation to immerse players fully in our worlds. Your role is pivotal in crafting the project’s DNA, guiding artistic direction, and fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.

Your future team

You will join a project with 40 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.).

Our artists are supervised by Jérémie (Art Director).

Jérémie, Art Director, has over 15 years of experience in video games in Montreal, having been Associate Artistic Director and Senior Concept Artist on franchises like Dead by Daylight and Star Citizen. He specializes in defining a clear and effective artistic vision through artistic direction documents and is attentive to details to provide you with all the tools and resources necessary to achieve the production teams’ objectives.

Déroulement des entretiens

Recruitment process

  1. First exchange (20 min) by phone with Arthur (Recruiter): To learn more about your experience, your interests, and to discuss the job and Novaquark

  2. Producer interview (1 h) via video call with François (Senior Producer): To meet our Senior Producer on this project who will present the job in more detail.

  3. C-Level Interview (45 min) via video all with Nouredine (CEO): To share the vision of Nvaquark and its projects
