As our Product Designer you will be in charge of design value throughout the product lifecycle. You'll have the following responsibilities:

• You’ll be in charge of the visual and user experience of the product (from customer satisfaction to product usability and wow effect).
• You’ll safeguard consistency throughout the whole user journey (cross-device).
• You’ll contribute to the product creation and enhancement at all stage (from user journey design to prototyping and launch initiatives).
• You’ll maintain and improve the existing design system to keep it consistent and future-proof.
• You’ll inspire and engage the internal work relations around the importance of Design quality and user experience.
• You’ll act as the UIdesign and UX best practices safeguard at each steps of the product development cycle.

Who are we looking for?

• You have 3 to 7 years experience in a similar role in a fast scaling SaaS organisation
• You have proven experience running multiple large user experience researches
• You have proven experience covering the whole design cycle (from problem framing to discovery, user flow, ux research and UI design)
• You put the user at the heart of your designs.
• Advanced experience with tools such as Figma, Shortcut, Amplitude,...
• You’re creativity is limitless and you’re detail-oriented
• You’re an excellent communicator and have leadership skills
• Of course you are really, really good at planning and organizing.
• You have a passion for emerging technologies & design trends
