About the position
As the product specialist within the Customer Success department you are the most knowledgeable CS agent and a force multiplier for the Customer Success team and the Product and Engineering teams with the goal of maximising the product experience for our users.
You will
Build a great relationship with the Product and Engineering team and use your customer and product knowledge to help the team around you
Investigate difficult product questions, train the Customer Success team on new big ticket features and increase their autonomy
Own the bug and feature request workflow, build a feedback loop, and follow up with all stakeholders about their priority and progress in the pipeline
Help the product and engineering teams prioritise work by collecting data and coordinating projects that will improve the customer product experience
Be the Customer Success point of contact for all activities and knowledge related to the Beta program, and connected customers
Own incident communications; in the event that an outage or very impactful bug would occur, you are responsible for keeping customers and teams informed
Spend structural time in the trenches responding to support requests and questions to stay in touch with the customer base
Who are we looking for ? To truly be successful at this job you'll need:
A passion for customer success, products, user and customer experience and a drive to continuously improve them
Motivated to raise the level of product knowledge across the company through collaboration, training, and sharing information
Excellent project management and internal communication skills to get others on board without a hierarchical structure
The ability to zoom out to the entire product experience and to zoom in to individual touchpoints and work on details
A critical mind, data analysis and research skills to understand what to work on and whether your work had an impact
Great professional communications skills. French is required, as this is the spoken language of majority of our clients at Nodalview, English is also needed as it's the languages of the company
Tech savviness and a basic understanding of how code works, to dig deep into bugs and effectively communicate with Nodalview’s technical minds
Product specialists can come out of different backgrounds, but at least 2 years of experience with either customer success, tooling, product or user experience will be needed to make the transition
