The Global Offer Director is responsible at the Group level for the successful lifecycle management of few global horizontal offers. He/she is empowered to design and ensure that the customer journey and customer experience become unique. The Global Offer Director is entitled to drive a greater vision for teams to create smart but innovative strategies that advance our market share, differentiation, brand, maximizing our profitability while helping us to Electrify the Future. The Global Offer Director is expected to drive the P&L of his/her Global Offers across Countries, BUs and Regions.

 

 

MAIN BUSINESS EXPECTATIONS

 

  • Manage the development of global horizontal offers to ensure Nexans’ added value over competition and in line with C/P needs and willingness to pay
  • Ensure Nexans offer relevance in line with C/P needs evolution by vertical and R&D/Innovation initiatives (horizontal building blocks)
  • Design push-pull sales and marketing tactics for global offer and contribute to the brand development of Nexans through these offers
  • Partner with the Regional Offer Managers  to re-inforce spec-in/ prescription upstream in the value chain to relevant stakeholders (e.g. developers, engineering consultants, etc.)
  • Support for the operational marketing roll-out of global vertical offer across Countries/ BUs/ Regions

  • Proven experience in offer portfolio management, sales, or marketing in a global context.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across regions.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
