Depuis sa création en 2012 par le groupe Net Reviews, Avis Vérifiés a une mission simple : faire rayonner la parole sacrée des consommateurs ! Pour y parvenir, l’entreprise a mis au point une solution SaaS, leader sur le marché français. Cette interface permet de collecter, gérer et diffuser des avis clients sollicités en post-achat.

En quelques années seulement, la startup marseillaise s’est déployée dans plus de 44 pays. De Paris à Madrid, en passant par Boston ou Sao Paulo, on ne parle pas la même langue, mais on exprime une seule Voix : celle des clients.

Les clients de la MarTech Avis Vérifiés sont composés de plus de 6 000 sites web et 20 000 magasins. Grâce à ce tiers de confiance, chaque entreprise peut écouter, analyser et s’appuyer sur les feedbacks clients pour performer… Jusqu’à viser les (5) étoiles.

Après une levée de fonds de 32 millions d’euros en 2019, l’intégration dans son écosystème de 2 pépites de l’expérience client (Teester et Mediatech-cx) en 2020… Avis Vérifiés continue son développement en France et à l’International, en partant en quête de nouveaux talents.

Job description

Your office and your team :

As part of our growth, we are now accelerating our presence in North America. You will join Pierre, our Head of Operations, and Carlos, responsible for Latin America.

Pierre and Maud, Head of International Partnerships - based in France, will support you at any steps and help you to reach out your objectives.

You will be part of a future team of 8 people composed of Pierre, Carlos, a future Sales Development Representative, a Enterprise Sales Executive, and a Customer Success Manager, where mutual support and good mood are the key words.

Your main goal will be to Increase Verified Reviews notoriety and market share business by leading a network of partners willing to recommend our solution on the market. In North America, more than 400 clients have already joined the adventure and we will count on your taste for challenge to develop our network!

Your missions :

  • Identify, prospect and find new strategic partnerships - You’ll fully work in BtoB
  • Close new partnership deals with Consultant, Marketing Agencies.. to promote Verified Reviews and drive occupancy
  • Lead and retain our current partners
  • Analyze the performance of existing operations and identify areas for improvement (reporting, monitoring, KPI analysis)
  • Business Intelligence and be aware of any relevant and business making opportunities in North America
  • Organize sales and marketing events and keep your network of partners alive

Preferred experience

We want you in if :

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Having a first 2-3 years experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech’ universe. A previous experience in a digital agency would be a bonus
  • Tracking record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Comfortable with the hard-work and objective oriented culture
  • Comfortable with the use of CRM softwares (Salesforce, ideally)
  • Naturally curious, fast-learner and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and environment
  • Initiative taker, able to work in complete autonomy and still have this passion for entrepreneurship.

  • A visio-conference with Maud, your manager and Head of International Partnerships
  • Final interview with Pierre, Director of Operations

Terms and conditions :

Start: As soon as possible
Remuneration : 70-80K fixed + variable
