WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Preparation of commercial and marketing activity plans for CZ and SK markets in close cooperation with CEE (Central Eastern Europe) team.
• Focus on designing, briefing and developing communication campaigns in close cooperation with communication / media agencies and Plant Based Meal Solution Central Brand team.
• Gathering insights: monitor market trends and understanding local consumer behavior, competition and product performance in order to identify new opportunities and consumer needs.
• Managing local I/R and optimizing product mix.
• Close monitoring of business performance and development of short term actions in order to improve business results in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Success track in brand building, solid experience with building of complex communication campaigns, strong digital competence.
• Experience in working in multinational teams.
• Vivacious, easy going person, eager to learn and act with flexibility.
• Ability to lead complex projects with independence.
• Team player that appreciates work-life balance.
• Strong in presentation skills and capable of building selling stories for trade.
• Fluency in EN – min CAE level.
