We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious candidate to be a real driver and help us reach our full potential, working on our next generation booking engine and other exciting projects!

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

• Lead product development from a design perspective 🎯

• Be a core member of the broader Product Development team in constant collaboration with the development team 🤝

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders 

• Implement your creative vision in technical aspects of the solution

• Develop and maintain style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the product

• Effectively communicate design decisions to engineers and business stakeholders

• Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable to different languages and other criteria

• Uphold high standards for design and product quality

The successful candidate 🥇 will be an essential contributor to driving Namastay’s growth. As Namastay’s Product Designer, you will have control to define the processes, strategies, and ways to make our solution as smooth and seamless as possible.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  🌟

• Previous experience (~2+years) in UX/UI 

• Balanced approach to speed and quality

• Fluency in English & strong communication skills

• Good understanding of UX (user experience, web, and mobile interaction patterns). Strong visual/UI design skills.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.

• A portfolio that showcases strong foundation in interaction and interface design work

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE  ✨

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Startup experience

• C1 level French

• Previous experience with B2C digital products

• Strong academic qualifications 🎓

• Hospitality & luxury industry knowledge 🏨

• Strong design and task organisation

• Experience designing web interfaces
