  • Contact prospective hotels to sell our solution 🏨

  • Build awareness of Namastay within the hospitality ecosystem 

  • Leverage our CRM to increase the effectiveness of our sales approach 📊

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation and product teams to improve pitch, strategy, and workflows 

  • Establish Namastay’s reputation among prospects 🏆

The successful candidate 🥇will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with the rest of the team to develop his/her own pipeline of prospects, establish a strategy, nurture inbound and outbound leads, and close deals with hotels’ General Management, Revenue Management and Digital departments. 

We seek a true “hunter” who aspires to consistently surpass his/her targets, while opening new markets 🔓

Profil recherché


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Very at ease with phone / video call selling ☎️

  • Demonstrable time management skills: go getter, persistent and goal oriented 🕵️‍♂️

  • Fluency in English and Spanish 🗣


  • 1-3 years of experience in a high paced and fast growing startup 🏃‍♀️

  • An additional language would be a big +

  • Tools: Salesforce CRM, Aircall, Slack, Google Suite

  • Hospitality industry knowledge 🏨

  • Analytical, organisational, and listening skills
