Your role will be to support day-to-day financial activities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy by ensuring the smooth running of the billing cycle and administrative follow-up of Naboo sales.
You will play a key role… 🔑 ensuring rigorous and effective financial management.
You are an essential link between the sales and finance teams.
During this great adventure, here are the missions you will be entrusted with:
Administrative and contractual management :
Create, verify, and track customer requests
Manage any changes to quotes
Ensure compliance with administrative documents (terms and conditions, payment terms)
Billing & payment tracking :
Prepare, issue, and send invoices to customers
Check consistency between quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
Track payments received and follow up on outstanding payments
Work with the accounting department on customer account reconciliation
Reporting & analyse :
Monitor key indicators (invoicing, collections, payment terms)
Identify and report anomalies or discrepancies
Produce regular reports for the Finance/Sales departments

You are the ideal candidate if:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Office/Google Workspace, ideally with experience in Pennylane and Hubspot
Good understanding of financial flows (invoicing, VAT, collections)
Ability to work with multiple teams
Good level of written and spoken French and English
Responsiveness, attention to detail and reliability, autonomy and sense of priorities, proactivity in problem solving
