Within the Naboo Agency team, your role will be to organise events for ambitious projects.
Your core mission is to design and orchestrate immersive, large-scale seminars (300+ attendees), ensuring a flawless experience from the initial brief to the final checkout.
You will be the conductor of the orchestra, coordinating all stakeholders to create unforgettable moments.

• Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests

• Conduct negotiations with service providers

• Protect the company’s profit margin on each event

• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners

• Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features

• During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers
