We put all our energy into offering exceptional content curation, bringing together the best learning resources from the web and our publishing partners, all within a single platform.

To support our growth, we are looking for curious, challenge-driven, and passionate individuals who are determined to revolutionize the world of corporate learning 🚀.
Our culture values innovation, proactivity, and performance; our values promote a taste for challenge, mutual support, transparent communication, and the exploration of knowledge.

Supplier contracts management: ensuring an optimal employee experience and strong engagement from recruitment to offboarding, leveraging data to guide decisions and actions. You’ll also lead a solid training and development strategy aligned with Edflex’s mission.
Corporate legal policy: advising and supporting management on all legal matters related to the company’s activities, including contract negotiations, intellectual property, labor law, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Managing the registration process for trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
Business partnering: collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
Corporate governance: providing recommendations on governance matters (board structure, shareholders’ rights, securities law compliance, etc.).
Outsourced legal management: managing external law firms and ensuring optimal and cost-effective use of legal resources.
Depending on your profile, you may also have the opportunity to work on M&A deals.
Please note: this role covers all Edflex entities (French law, with knowledge of European and US law preferred).
