THE CHALLENGE

At MWM, our goal is to rapidly expand our portfolio of apps to establish a leading app in any cluster with growth potential. We want to develop new capabilities in order to unlock more growth opportunities.

You will join the newly built Publishing Team to focus on bringing great non-gaming apps to the audiences they deserve.

In this role, you will be a key element of the Publishing team. You will manage the end-to-end development cycle of our published apps and lead relationships with a portfolio of independent developer studios in the top charts of the App Store.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

• Coordinate with MWM internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration of external studios during the initial phase of partnership, and proactively refine internal processes as needed,
• Be in charge of a portfolio of Mobile Apps, aka be the Product lead and main point of contact for our partners,
• Track the main KPIs of the apps and come up with product changes, new features and AB tests based on data,
• Design UX Wireframes for new features/AB tests,
• Analyze product changes on a daily basis and communicate important changes to the team,
• Coordinate between the internal teams and make sure everything is done at the right time and in the most efficient way,
• Make the most of some of the best mobile developers in the world.

ABOUT YOU

• Successful experience in PO/PM positions (full-time positions),
• Experience on B2C mobile apps,
• Basic knowledge of design tools like e.g. Figma.
• You know almost everything about the mobile app world: App Store Optimization, Monetization, User Acquisition, trends...
• Solid knowledge of technical notions: API, native iOS, SDK…
• Organized and methodical, able to manage several work streams simultaneously, and you never give up,
• Excellent communication & analytical skills,
• Able to make decisions and come up with solutions based on data,
• You succeed in fast-paced environments and you take ownership of your tasks,
• You want to have a very impactful position in the company,
• You are not afraid to innovate and be successful,
• You love learning, you love helping people, and know how to get people excited to work with you,
• Genuine interest and passion for mobile apps & games.
• At least Fluent English and basic French.
