Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales & Support Agents to drive lead conversion while ensuring smooth sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealer network support, helping optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads to maximize conversion.
  • Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and chats to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed lead-to-sales conversion goals.
  • Maintain accurate data records in CRM to support the sales pipeline.

Sales Support:

  • Provide seamless support to the dealer network in vehicle distribution and sales processes.
  • Manage inquiries related to vehicle ordering, transport, registration, and documentation.
  •  Coordinate deliveries, appointment scheduling, and sales logistics.
  • Assist with remarketing and fleet support activities

Profil recherché

  • Experience in Outbound sales,B2B sales or business development. 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service industry.  
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.  
  • Communication and Commercial skills. 
  • Fluency in Dutch. 
  • English in at least an intermediate level.
  • Experience in the use of CRM systems and MS Office and Sales softwares. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
