MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rome.

The Role

The Customer Service Specialist in Ordering & Delivery Department is responsible for the operational management of the vehicle procurement and delivery process within the long‑term rental business.

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Specialist has excellent communication skills as well as: 

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of approved contracts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Manage the entire vehicle ordering process, including data entry, status updates and progress monitoring within company systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, dealerships and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.
  • Review and validate incoming invoices.
  • Oversee vehicle registration activities and prepare all necessary documentation for the Vehicle Availability Notice (MAD).
  • Perform VDC (Vehicle to Deliver) checks, ensuring full compliance with agreed specifications.
  • Complete the formal contract activation within the company systems following vehicle delivery.
  • Provide continuous support to customers throughout the process, ensuring high-quality service and efficient handling of requests.

Profil recherché

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
  • Advanced user of Office and Excel tools (including pivot tables)
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to propose analytical solutions
  • Problem solving/Analytical thinking and approach
  • Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.
