To support the Business Technical manager in providing technical assistance and training to both customers and staff
- Provides product information and technical support to customers and sales team through the different channels (social media, e-mail, meetings, telephone),- Attends major events as requested to interact with the sales force and customers on all technical topics,- Responsible for samples management and oil analysis, including laboratory selection and control,- Maintains a record of technical incidents involving Motul products, including analysis of residual qualities of products, corrective actions from the customer and provides technical information to all concerned,- Technical training of the commercial network of customers or prospects.
- Technical training adaption in line with local car park evolution.
- The creation and management of technical data relevant to the Area.
- The development of technical documentation on lubricants, relevant to the area.
- Liaising with the Technical Experts at Motul Head Office to obtain copies of approvals, homologations (and other relevant documentation) to provide to customers when needed.
- Working with the commercial team to ensure the correct matching of products to market demand.
- Establish methods of technical monitoring of competition products and technology in the market.

Education / Qualification: Degree in Science or Engineering
Experience needed: 1-3 years experience
Language: (1) English: proficiency mandatory
(2) French: would be a plus
IT Knowledge: (1) Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
(2) Ability to learn new systems quickly
