Responsibilities 

Support stakeholders (GMs and Management Board at Business Units) in the planning, initiation and tracking of strategic business projects:

• Operational Excellence (Service metrics, supply chain ROI, demand planning, etc. ...)
• Distribution Excellence (road to markets, pricing excellence, digital shifts, product/services phasing, etc. …)
• Key initiatives across overall value chain at the borders of Business Units and/or global level

Develop and implement project controlling tools to secure progress and success in all open strategic projects.

Maintain an overall view of all projects, in order to develop, engage and retain talented people across missions and priorities of the Chief Business Officer.

Provide training and guidance to stakeholders as to project management and internal communication.

Participate and be a forceful agent of change with the transformation of the company and its migration towards new business models and product/services' diversification.

Coordinate with the CBO in securing the best possible use of company assets (people, monies, products & services) for optimum benefit to gross margin and brand equity.

Support the CBO in the definition and actualization of business key performance indicators to be used at the Steering Committee and COMEX levels. 

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the candidate will present the following qualifications and qualities: 

• 3-years or more experience and a proven track-record with a management consulting firm
• 5 years or more of a robust experience in Sales or Marketing in a multinational/multi-cultural company
• Native or perfectly bilingual in English
• Fluency in another European language is an asset.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
• Robust knowledge of project management and accomplished use of project management tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Data and analytics savvy.
• Staff-driven. Robust convictions about the role of people in an organization, the role of an organization towards people.
• Capacity to inspire others and be inspired by others.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressured common goals. 

The position will be based in Barcelona, Spain or Aubervilliers, France.
