✨ Missions ✨

We are searching for a dynamic and motivated TikTok whizz to creatively manage our organic TikTok account.

As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing content that aligns with our brand and TikTok strategy.

To do so, you will:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and trends

  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, features, and best practices, and implement them into our content strategy

  • Engage with our TikTok audience through comments, messages, and collaborations with other creators

  • Continuously experiment and test new content ideas and formats to improve engagement and performance

  • Analyze TikTok performance data, including views, engagement, and follower growth, and optimize content accordingly

  • Help to oversee the content calendar for our channel

  • Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy


Profil recherché

✨ Skills✨

Here are the skills it takes to be a good fit:

  • Must have experience and a good understanding of TikTok as a platform, following platform trends including music, hashtags, challenges, etc.

  • Must have experience in producing TikToks (and also be super passionate about coming up with ideas for video formats, transitions, creative executions)

  • Must have experience with editing software for TikTok

  • Previous experience in growing a TikTok account for a brand is a plus

  • Previous experience with video editing software Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus

  • You are a high-energy doer, a quick thinker, and an excellent team player

  • Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MUST BE A BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPEAKER

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Must hold a valid work permit for France

We are a small team of 25 people. Almost all of us are based in Europe. We have an office in Paris where half of us go weekly. The rest of the team works remotely and usually comes monthly to the office.

We gather every six months for team offsites and regularly host team events in Paris.

We work in English. Our communication is mainly written.

Most of our major initiatives are organized in autonomous squads.

Our hiring process can be as short as 2 weeks, and here are the 3 main steps:

  • Screening interview (45 min)

  • Async technical test or live test depending on the job (2 to 3 hours)

  • Final interview (1h30)
