Your impact

As a Technical eCommerce consultant, leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will become a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, supporting them during full life-cycle implementations of Mirakl.

Beyond direct support to on-going projects, you will become responsible for the continuous improvement of Mirakl technical implementation methodology & processes to enhance the consulting capabilities of the Solution Services team.

Your responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers in designing best-in-class Marketplace architecture, taking into account customers and Mirakl requirements, as support to the Solution consultant responsible for the account
• Deliver billable technical consulting and advisory services, including technical workshops, design reviews, architecture workshops, solution & performance optimizations, and supporting ad-hoc technical queries from customer & partner project teams
• Validate that Mirakl integration best practices are well applied through code review and technical training/awareness session animation to developers
• Support Mirakl Sales & Customer Success teams providing high-level development estimations and integration strategies
• Drive industry technical guidance and solutions, from envisioning to development of enabling content, such as Reference Architectures, reusable demos, code samples, and customer deployable example implementations of complete Mirakl solutions
• Innovate on behalf of Mirakl customers and create internal narratives and business cases to create new services and solutions to deliver customer business benefits
• You will be responsible for maintaining a complete and comprehensive knowledge of the Mirakl platform modules allowing you to support a product-led design approach from customers

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive technical architecture consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common E-commerce or PIM solutions or Payment gateway
• Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimise business processes via technology and integration solutions
• Proven program or operations management experience at a technology company
• Good interpersonal skills, equally at ease with crafting documents/presentations and delivering technical demonstrations to both technically literate and more functional audiences
• Ability to analyze potential performance and scalability issues from architectural design and in live environments
• Graduated with a Masters or Degree in Web or Engineering
• English fluency – any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
• Flexible travel schedule
