What you will do:

As the Head of HR Excellence, and reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer, your main missions are:

• Hand in hand with key business partners, you drive complex payroll, compensation & benefits,
• You manage and automate HRIS projects that enable us to scale our business and to ensure a first class employee experience,
• You are accountable for managing and driving forward the employee payroll and benefits processes for all countries worldwide (internal communication management,
• You manage the relationship with all our benefits brokers (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Pensions, Lunch vouchers…),
• You manage and hire a growing team of People Operations specialists in our main campuses in Boston and Paris.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience working in project management related to payroll or SIRH, and HR Operations capacity in a growth or transformational company,
• 5+ years’ experience managing international teams,
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English,
• Expertise in compensation strategy and in international and french payroll,
• Leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate at the senior management level within the organisation,
• Experience with major Payroll and ERP systems is a plus (e.g. ADP, Workday, NetSuite).
