En remplacement de l'actuelle Executive Assistant pendant son congé de maternité, Mirakl recherche un(e) Executive Assistant en CDD basé(e) à Paris.

Vous serez rattaché(e) directement au CEO et vos responsabilités incluront :

• La gestion quotidienne de l'agenda du CEO, comprenant la prise de rendez-vous et la priorisation concernant les sujets sensibles (70% du temps). Mise en place d'une fréquence cohérente des réunions de direction.
• L'assistance administrative, comprenant la gestion des dépenses
• La coordination de l'organisation des voyages
• La coordination de divers événements.

Vous aimerez ce job si vous possédez :

• 4 ans d’expérience, idéalement sur un poste équivalent.
• Une forte capacité de communication et de collaboration.
• Une capacité d’organisation et de structure. Vous avez beaucoup d’énergie ainsi qu’une attitude volontaire.
• Un désir d’épanouissement dans un environnement de travail dynamique et stimulant au rythme soutenu.
• Une aisance à parler couramment anglais et français
