To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for an Employer Brand & Internal Communications Manager.

You missions

Within our People Team, you will report directly to our Chief People Officer and work in close collaboration with our marketing team, recruiters & HRBPs.

You will build and develop our Employer Brand worldwide

  • Build our Employer Brand Strategy, by benchmarking the Employer Brand best practices
  • Formalize our Employee Value Proposition
  • Create or adapt Employer Brand contents on various formats: text, video, photo...
  • Improve and manage our global & local Employer Brand channels: Linkedin page, career website, Glassdoor, WelcomeToTheJungle, Jobteaser...
  • Manage Employer Brand external labels initiatives: scout for most relevant labels, run surveys, share learnings and rewards
  • Manage and implement our Employee Advocacy Strategy, to encourage all Mirakl workers to:
    • share with their own networks or on dedicated sites their employee experience, job offers or company latest news
    • interact with candidates online and in real life
  • Organize digital and in real life events to highlight Mirakl’s experts and convince seasoned professionals to apply
  • Improve our job descriptions attractiveness

You will bring our internal communications to the next level

  • Build our internal communication plan, in order to
    • structure, harmonize and complete existing initiatives
    • improve internal communications impact on information sharing and employee engagement
  • Manage or contribute to internal communications initiatives (Newsletters, Keynotes, Company & team gatherings, Intranet…) through impactful and engaging formats

Requirements

This job is made for you if you

  • have a master degree with 5+ years experience as an Employer Brand and/or Communication Specialist or Manager
  • are very organized, meticulous and not afraid to deal with many concurrent projects
  • have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • have a sharp business acumen, true writing skills and the ability to roll out an editorial vision
  • are a creative person, who enjoys creating contents on various platforms and formats
  • are data-driven
  • speak English and French fluently + are able to produce contents in both languages
  • master a video and photo editing software
