Within the Sales team, you will be the engine of our growth. Your role is strategic: fueling the Sales Executives’ pipeline with golden opportunities.
Strategic Hunter: Identify and map key accounts (C-Level, IT/Security decision-makers) within major global corporations.
Smart Prospecting: Forget robotic scripts. Here, we use the best tools on the market to connect you with C-levels and help you have relevant conversations and build genuine relationships. You’ll do cold calling (yes, it’s intense, it’s 70% of the job, and it’s the best sales school there is), but also ultra-personalized emailing and LinkedIn hunting to nurture those relationships.
Master Qualifier: Understand prospect pain points and determine if Mindflow is their magic bullet before handing over to Account Executives.
Tech Ambassador: Participate in trade shows, perform flash demos, and pitch our vision.
Hack Your Growth: Work hand-in-hand with the Growth team to optimize your campaigns and processes.
This position doesn’t require an astronaut’s CV, but it demands a champion’s mindset.
Hard Skills & Tools:
Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with digital tools. If you don’t use ChatGPT or AI daily to save time, this role isn’t for you.
Languages: You are imperatively bilingual or fluent in English and French.
Pen and Voice: Excellent written and verbal communication. You know how to be impactful in 3 lines or 30 seconds.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
Resilience: You don’t get discouraged by rejection. You see every “no” as a step toward a “yes.”
Curiosity: You have a thirst for learning. You are interested in Tech, No-code, and AI.
