Descriptif du poste

Mindflow will grow from 30 to 80 people in the following 18 months. This is an incredible time to join the company and grow as fast as you can with us.

You’ll be joining the Sales team.

You will primary work on turning opportunities into sure win for the sales executive team.

Your goal is :

  • To book demos for the Sales Executive

  • Going to trade shows and doing demos

  • Selling to C-levels from CAC 40 / Fortune 500 companies

What your first six months might look like :

  • Calls, calls, calls. Cold calling is a basic in sales, especially now that everyone is busy. This is 70% of the job.

  • Cold emails. You will be supported by the growth team for sales automation and you’ll work on them as well.

  • Refine the sales process and training

Do great, earn great : 8 closing a month = 1000 euros variable. Your variable isn’t capped.

We will provide anything needed to help you improve in your learning.

We want to hire permanently the people that join us as interns. This is why we care about their growth and invest our time in their training.

Profil recherché

This is a job that needs passion and dedication. You can come from any school or backgrounds. What is important is your interest in learning how to sell.

We are looking for someone that has been using a lot of tools and has tech awareness. If you are not using chat GPT, you might not be a right fit.

You love convincing people.

English and French on a professional level.

You can be hired after your internship.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Intro call with Head of people (30 min)

  2. Operational call (30 min)

  3. Founder call (30 min)

This is not one sided.

There are a lot of steps because we care about the people that join us. We also want you to meet as many people as possible from the team to see if you’d like working with us.
