We’re looking for a QA Tester Senior to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in guaranteeing the highest possible quality for Million Lords by proactively identifying, documenting, and verifying issues across platforms and builds. As a senior team member, you will contribute to shaping our testing processes and ensuring that each release delivers a seamless experience to our players.
You’ll work closely with developers, game designers, and LiveOps to ensure that our game is stable, performant, and polished, from feature development to live production monitoring.
You will:
Execute and maintain functional, exploratory, and regression testing procedures across multiple platforms and builds
Detect, report, and document bugs accurately using standard tools and best practices
Collaborate closely with developers and designers to reproduce and prioritize critical issues
Develop detailed test plans for new features, game systems, and releases
Contribute to automation efforts (if applicable) or propose process improvements to boost testing efficiency
Help coordinate external QA teams and LiveOps to monitor, triage, and follow up on issues reported in production
Maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and release checklists
Proactively identify areas of risk and contribute to QA strategies for both short- and long-term improvements
You have:
5+ years of experience as a QA tester, ideally in the video game industry
Solid background in testing mobile games (F2P, core games) with a strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem
Proven experience in bug reporting, functional test design, and exploratory testing
Hands-on experience with mobile device testing across different OS versions, models, and performance profiles
Bonus: familiarity with ISTQB standards and AI-based testing tools
Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of teamwork
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate, reproduce, and prioritize complex issues
A customer-focused approach to ensure the player experience remains smooth and engaging
Fluent in French and English
