METRON is looking for the next Talent Acquisition Manager (H/F).

In a fast paced scale up environment, you take the lead on our Talent Acquisition Strategy. You create innovative and relevant ways to attract and identify the best talents for our positions across the world. You know how to use all channels available and are focused on attracting and assessing the best potentials to contribute to our Vision. You ensure our recruitment process is optimized and provides the best experience for our candidates. You will focus on building our talent pipeline and act as a trusted business partner with your recruiting managers and partners.

You are ready to onboard in a growing HR team and engage on various projects with a clear ambition : helping teams to grow and be at their best !

Your Role

Deliver our Sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategy:

  • Understand current and forecasted hiring needs and design short and long term talent acquisition plans to proactively meet these needs
  • Design, plan & execute the right recruitment process for each roles
  • Work closely with all recruiting managers to define the best job profiles
  • Choose the right assessment steps and tools to select high-impact profiles
  • Organize high quality interviews for candidates, based on our values
  • Review, screen and follow up on all candidates’ applications, guarantee a great candidate experience
  • Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates
  • Coordinate new joiner’s onboarding and monitor closely time to performance in role with managers

Build our Talent Pipeline:

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a talent pool
  • Source passive talents
  • Build our Employee referrals program and culture

Support our teams in developing their Talent Acquisition Skills:

  • Deliver regular training and reporting to your internal customers to carry out the closing of your positions in full autonomy
  • Benchmark best hiring practices and identify best tools, methods and partners
  • Track metrics appropriately, to monitor and improve all TA activities
  • Develop a “talent acquisition” culture and ensure team leaders and senior managers are actively engaged in our Talent Acquisition initiatives

Be the main ambassador for our culture and values:

  • Develop the visibility and attractiveness of Metron through talent advocacy strategies and other creative actions
  • Identify all initiatives to promote our Employer’s brand and Candidate experience
  • Identify the most relevant events to increase and lead your talent network
  • Ensuring the smoothest talent experience along the way!

Profil recherché

Your Profile

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international and fast-growing company or top rated recruitment agency
  • You already have a talent acquisition network in at least one of the following – Business developer profile, digital environment, energy environment, industry, international profiles
  • You are fluent in English and French. All other languages appreciated !
  • You thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments and are able to manage workload in a constantly growing environment (Able to handle 50+ recruitments a year)
  • You have a strong sense of curiosity and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and influential skills
  • You are a recognized business partner/trusted advisor and your hiring experience have proven instrumental to teams’ growth & success
  • You have a natural fit with our values : Human, Innovative, Fearless
  • You are a team player and able to work closely with a variety of stakeholders

The role reports to the HRD, and you will be working in a growing and dynamic HR Team (made of 3!)

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. You flashed on the job and our company!
  2. You send your CV and cover letter to apply. Once we receive your application, you will receive 3 questionnaires to complete: Shape, Drive and Brain, created by Assessfirst. They evaluate your personality, your motivations and your aptitudes respectively. It should take you 30 minutes to complete. After completing the questionnaires, you will receive a short feedback from Assessfirst.

  1. First interview with Fanny (HRD) and Julie (HR Officer)
  2. Second interview with two hiring managers
  3. Meeting with some of your future colleagues
