As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be instrumental in our new logo acquisition.
Your role is to open doors in large enterprise companies, generate conversation with our personas, reaching them entering by the door or by the window.
Map strategic accounts, identify the right personas, define the outreach strategy on this account
Collaborate with growth teams to refine enrichment criterias
Create conversation leveraging multi-channel outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold call
Qualify prospect needs through in-depth conversations, identifying value we can bring to them.
Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and pass on qualified leads
Maintain and enrich our CRM with accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
Actively contribute to the improvement of our prospecting script, qualification processes
You will be in a position to manage a junior BDR and help him grow.
Prospecting position You have already successfully prospected enterprise accounts and generated deals over 100K€.
You understand complex sales, decision criterias, the politics. You are able to position yourself as a trusted advisor, not a pushy sales man.
You will be talking with Production site directors, HR Director and C-Level : you are sharp and straight to the point.
Organization and rigor: You prepare for your call : you map the account, do research in the news and annual report, define a plan to win.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re street smart, autonomous, proactive, and eager to step out of your comfort zone.
Strong interpersonal skills: You excel at listening, convincing, and establishing trust.
