Within the Energy & Utilities unit, you will support major players in the sector (electricity, gas, water, renewable energies) in managing their documentary assets and structuring their data.

As a Senior Consultant in Centralized Information Management (GIC), you are the guarantor of the organization, security, and compliance of storage spaces (SharePoint Online, Windows Filers) for end users and information managers worldwide.

Your Missions:

Operations and Support (Run)- Management of requests and incidents:

● Qualify, validate, and provide level 2 support for access or restoration requests via the ticketing tool.

● Technical Administration: Manage permissions on SharePoint sites (SPOL) and file servers, while keeping documentation up to date (DAT/DEX).

● Compliance and Audit: Conduct technical control campaigns (GDPR, access rights) and produce regular volume reporting.

Support and Projects:

● Steering: Lead complex projects from start to finish (massive migrations, global restructurings).

● Business Consulting: Support Information Managers (IMA/GID) in restructuring their documentary spaces and optimizing their processes.

● Continuous Improvement and Quality:

-Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and the Security Assurance Plan (SAP) across the entire scope.

-Identify areas for service optimization, particularly through the use of AI, and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Your Profile:

Education: Graduate of a top engineering school, business school, or a Master 2 specialized in IS or Information Management.

Experience (> 3 years): You have several significant experiences in large groups and position yourself as an expert in document management, system administration, and IT support.

Technical Skills:

● Expert in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online) and Windows Filers administration.

● Excellent knowledge of specialized tools such as Varonis, ShareGate, or TreeSize Pro.

● Advanced skills in scripting (PowerShell) or the Power Platform are highly desirable.

● Holding a Microsoft certification (MS-102 or AZ-800) is a strongly appreciated plus.

Soft Skills: You demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills when faced with complex data environments. Your sense of service and pedagogical approach allow you to effectively advise various stakeholders (business units, IT, security). You have a consulting posture and the ability to functionally supervise more junior profiles. Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory for this international project. Proficiency in French is an additional asset but is not mandatory.
